One of the most important things to me as a wedding photographer is capturing moments and emotion. Over anything else. Over details, over set ups and decor, the work I feel the most proud of, is the work that makes you feel something or makes you feel like a moment that has been frozen that you can’t get back. Something that will make you feel exactly the way you did in that photo. I’m so very proud of this wedding.
David and Jess were married on his parents private little island on Lake Sunapee in New Hampshire. The ladies got ready at the house on the island while the guys prepared at another lake house and then hopped on the MV Sunapee with all of the guests, to arrive to Emerald Island for the ceremony. After the ceremony we went on a quick boating adventure to the lighthouse, and then joined everyone back on the MV Sunapee for a dinner boat cruise. After bellies were full and drinks were had, everyone made their way back to Emerald Island for speeches and dancing under one of the most beautiful full moons I’ve ever seen. It was an incredible day, and I’m just so proud of the images that we created. Check it out ..
